Return & Refund Policy

Cub and Moon Designs

At Cub and Moon Designs, each item is carefully made and checked before being sent. Because of the nature of our products, we only accept returns or offer refunds in specific circumstances.

Faulty or Damaged Items

We accept returns and/or provide refunds only if an item arrives faulty or damaged.

If your order arrives with a fault or damage, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. When reaching out, include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos showing the fault or damage

Once we review and confirm the issue, we will offer either:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund (including the cost of return postage, if applicable)

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect sizing or colour choices

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused after delivery

Return Conditions

Approved returns must be:

  • Unused

  • In their original condition and packaging

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
