Made-to-Order Items

All items from Cub and Moon Designs are made to order. This means production begins after your order has been placed and payment has been received.

Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be made before it is shipped. Processing times may vary during busy periods, and any updates will be shared if delays occur.

Shipping Timeframes

Once your order has been dispatched, shipping times are estimates only and depend on the postal service selected at checkout. Cub and Moon Designs is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or events outside our control.

Order Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Cub and Moon Designs is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Cub and Moon Designs is not responsible for lost or delayed parcels once they are in the care of the postal service. If an issue occurs, we recommend contacting the courier directly using your tracking information.
